These are replacement head gaskets for your 2.0 LSJ or LNF/LDK/LHU engine. We have two options, both are multi layer steel. MLS gaskets offering more sealing properties over a traditional compressible composite stock gasket. For a stock rebuild our standard MLS head gasket is a great choice, but for anyone looking to push your engine we recommend our Viton coated option.
Our ZZP Viton coated MLS head gasket is the sealing solution for high boost Ecotec applications. We start with our normal multi layer steel head gaskets and add an extra sealing layer of Viton coating. Viton is a synthetic coating that’s designed to withstand high temperatures and remain flexible when introduced to chemicals and high cylinder pressure. Though thinly coated the Viton coating can flex leaving the head gasket in-tact. If you’re rebuilding your engine or replacing the stock head gasket and want to hold boost safely, this is the gasket for you. Also makes a great stock replacement. No copper spray needed.
ZZP head studs are highly recommended.

04-07 Saturn Ion Redline, 05-07 Chevy Cobalt SS, 08+ Chevy Cobalt SS, 08-10 Chevy HHR SS, 07+ Saturn Sky Redline/Pontiac Solstice GXP, ’11-13 Buick Regal (LDK/LHU) and Buick Verano.
