Zzp Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold – Ecotec Engine Compatible

Description

This is the first step to adding custom T3 style turbo to your Ecotec engine. Compare our manifold to other companies, their part is either mild steel or they don’t include the wastegate flange and you’ll find that ZZPerformance has the absolute best product and it is the best value!

Features:

• 304 cast stainless steel
• T3 Turbo Flange
• Standard 38mm TiAL V-band wastegate flange or Two bolt 38mm flange
• Fits 2.0, 2.2 & 2.4 liter engines

Currently Manifold to Turbo connection uses m10x1.5 by 25mm long bolts, we recommend using ARP hardware.

The LSJ/2.2/2.4 version comes with a spacer plate to address proper exhaust port coverage. 

*Tech support on building your own kit is not available. This manifold was built for the Delta chassis cars (Cobalt/Ion/HHR). 

*Does not include a gasket. (Copper RTV for both sides recommended) Do not use OE gasket.

*Not designed to fit Kappa chassis cars (Solstice/Sky) due to frame rail clearance issues.
